Usage Questions

How do I use a cookie?

Install a Cookie Editor extension, find a cookie, complete verification, copy the data, import it, and refresh. See our full tutorial.

Do I need a browser extension?

Yes. You need a Cookie Editor extension that supports JSON import/export.

Can I use cookies on mobile?

Most mobile browsers don’t support extensions. We recommend a desktop browser for the best experience.

What is the “Get Started” verification?

A quick process on a blog article: scroll, click highlighted elements, complete reCAPTCHA, and click “Activate.” Takes 30–60 seconds. See Step 3 in our tutorial.

Common Issues

Why is a cookie not working?

It may have expired, the password was changed, or the service detected unusual activity. Try clearing cookies for that site and importing again.

Why did it log me out?

Sessions can expire, or another user changed settings. Never log out manually — this breaks the session for everyone.

The “Get Cookies” button is still locked

Ensure you completed all verification steps: scrolled the article, clicked highlighted elements, completed reCAPTCHA, and clicked “Activate.” Try refreshing and starting again.

Can accounts get banned?

Third-party services may detect unusual patterns. The platform is not responsible for any account restrictions.

You are. Users are fully responsible for compliance with applicable laws and third-party terms. See our Terms of Service.
